Can I use AAdvantage miles for merchandise?

·         The Museum Shop does not accept, award, or redeem AAdvantage Miles for Museum Shop purchases. 

 How do I order the Child Aviation Restraint System (ACSD or CARES)?

·        Enter "Child  Restraint " in the Keyword Search box and the product details will be displayed.  

Ordering from another country and your country is not listed?

·          Contact us so we may add your country to our  website.

 I am a Member of the C R Smith Museum, how do I receive my discount?

·         Enter your Membership name in the Comments box; we will verify C R Smith Museum membership and apply the discount to your merchandise purchase.

 How do I choose a color from items shown in different colors?

·         Please list your color choice in the "Comment" section. 

  I received a Retirement Gift Certificate, how do I redeem it?

·         Enter the Retirement Certificate number in the Gift Card/Retirement Certificate form of payment field.  The available balance on your certificate will be deducted from your order.  Enter a Credit Card for any remaining balance.  

 When will my order ship? See "Shipping Policy" tab.

• Orders received prior to 3 pm CST Tuesday – Friday will ship the same day. 
•  Orders received after 3pm CST Friday, and anytime Saturday-Monday will ship the following Tuesday.

What service do you use to ship orders? See "Shipping Policy" tab.

·         All orders are shipped FedEx Two Business Day Air.  Orders can NOT be delivered to a P O Box.
